Process Lead - Operational Risk Management

Role & responsibilities

Ensure continual improvement in operational risks areas at all levels. The position is required to adopt a partnership approach to understand underlying risks and recommend appropriate fit-for-purpose practices in all divisions & enabling functions such as Facilities, HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, etc.

• 
  Play the role of an enabler and simplify overall Risk framework 
• Review, adherence and update to Operational Risk Management framework in line with the Group framework
• Plan and support entity level risk identification in line with group framework 
• Support in detailed investigations of key incidents reported in incident tool

  Get Hired
  Engage with stakeholders to revise entity level key risk indicators (KRIs) and monitor on periodic basis 
• Track risk response action tracker with stakeholders and report on periodic basis
• Prepare/Review dashboards for key activities listed above in various forums like RRC, QRM, Exec reporting etc.
• Support 1st line in detailed investigations of key incidents reported in incident tool
