Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager-Projects

Responsibilities

• Expertise in Pharmaceutical - process equipments, Utility equipments, Water plants, HVAC system and design.
• Good knowledge and expertise in equipment erection and commissioning work.
• Participate in project design phases - Feasibility, Conceptual, Basic & Detailed Engineering
• Develop and implement HVAC systems that meet client and regulatory standard specifications
• Thorough knowledge in Purified, Potable, RO water plants.
• Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance on HVAC design and modifications.
• Planning, Preparation of BOQ, Estimation & Execution of projects
• Co-ordinate with project design considering the requirements of the management and the user.
• Identification and mitigation at risks in the project
• Arriving at the cost of the project and controlling the cost of the project and limiting the cost and time without giving any scope run out of cost and time
  
• Active participation with the purchase, commercial and finance team for finalizing the civil contracts, equipments, service contracts, etc.
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
• Implementation of the project post obtaining the URS, change control clearance as applicable and considering the cost and time decided. Effecting the revisions proposed based on the requirements of management and users.
• Safety training of team & Contractors for safe exaction of projects
• Ensuring all related documents from the vendors like IQ, OQ and PQ (installation qualification, operational qualification and performance qualification) and warrantee certificates, civil design and drawings and equipment design and drawings.
• Management of projects inspection and testing activities - Equipment inspections, factory acceptance testing (FAT) site acceptance testing (SAT), field verification and documentation review.
• Strong problem-solving skills- able to anticipate and recognize problems, diagnose root causes and take corrective action to prevent recurrence within the team.
• Training of production team & maintenance engineers to handle the completed projects from the angle of operations and regular maintenance.
• Proven track record in Project management
