Role Description

Lead and manage student recruitment for overseas education programs.

Drive sales and meet monthly/quarterly enrolment targets.

Guide students and parents on university selection, courses, and career pathways abroad.

Manage a team of telecallers/counsellors to ensure high productivity and conversions.

Develop and implement strategies to improve lead generation and conversions.

Build partnerships with universities, colleges, and other stakeholders.

Ensure smooth coordination of admission and visa processes.

Prepare reports and share insights with management on market trends and student needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven Sales experience and ability to meet or exceed targets
• Background in Education and Training
• Experience in Account Management and client relationship management
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelors degree in Business, Education, or related field
• Experience in the education consulting industry is a plus
