About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for recruitment, and a willingness to learn recruitment best practices.Freshers are welcome! Prior experience as a recruiter or intern is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through internal database, job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across various disciplines and maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process with regular communication and updates
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drives.
• Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
• Prior internship/experience in recruitment or HR is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
