Product Designer

About the Role:

Were looking for a thoughtful, high-ownership Product Designer to help build impactful

digital experiences across Global HealthXs healthcare ecosystem. Our products span

digital intervention for neurodiverse children, patient engagement, hospital workflows, and

more. This role goes beyond execution. Youll work across multiple products (0→1 and scale),

own end-to-end design, and shape both product experience and creative direction.

What Youll Do:

• Own product design end-to-end across web and mobile—from problem framing

and flows to polished experiences.

• Design intuitive, scalable workflows for diverse users including therapists, parents,

admins, and healthcare teams.

• Craft clear information architecture, seamless interactions, and high-quality visual

design with strong attention to detail.

• Contribute to and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and speed across

products.

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and clinicians to deeply understand

user needs and constraints.

• Shape the UX and creative direction for interactive and child-focused experiences,

partnering with illustrators, animators, and game developers.

• Champion accessibility and inclusive design.

• Use research, usability testing, and real-world observation to inform decisions.

• Leverage AI tools and rapid prototyping workflows to explore, validate, and ship

faster.

What Were Looking For:

• 2 - 5 years of experience designing digital products (web + mobile), ideally in 0→1 or

fast-paced environments.

• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end thinking: problem framing, UX depth, visual

craft, and shipped outcomes.• A degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.

• Ability to design complex workflows (dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, multi-step

flows).

• Strong interaction design and systems thinking—able to simplify complexity into

intuitive experiences.

• High ownership and comfort working in ambiguous problem spaces.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design

decisions clearly.

• Proficiency in tools like Figma; familiarity with prototyping and design systems.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with design systems at scale.

• Exposure to childrens products, gamification, or engagement-driven experiences.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards and designing for diverse cognitive needs.

• Experience using AI tools for design, prototyping, or workflows.
