Position

The Director - Medical Student Recruitment is for candidates who have significant experience in student recruitment for Medical programs across different countries.

The Director is mainly responsible for dealing with prospective student enrolments for medical programs through international student recruitment from Agents. Dealing with direct medical student recruitment is expected once general inquiries or initial applications are made via Agents. Associate Directors are additionally responsible for identifying new business opportunities in existing and new markets. As such, they are responsible for finding ways to explore new markets and bring in revenue, and/or develop new revenue streams.

The Director primarily engages in sales and marketing activities and should have a solid understanding of industry trends, to inform upon strategic planning and forecasting. They must be able to prioritize the opportunities that are the most likely to generate a profit.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, is required
• Must have experience recruiting Medical programs / Medical Student Recruitment
• Considerable experience of working in education sector; specifically Colleges and Universities
• Should have experience of preparing strategies to acquire business in new regions and to develop business in existing regions
• Experience working with B2B Education Agent partnerships.
