Job Description
Hi,
We are hiring for the position of Facility & Administration Manager to manage end-to-end workplace operations and support business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Facility Operations
- Ensure upkeep of washrooms, restrooms, and operational floor cleanliness
- Monitor electrical units, HVAC, furniture, and fixtures
- Conduct safety and emergency checks
- Manage pantry supplies, printer supplies, and indoor plants
2. Transport Management
- Ensure adherence to transport safety standards and policies
- Track and authorize monthly vehicle attendance for billing
- Prepare and process transport invoices
- Handle ad-hoc transport requests from business and leadership offices
3. Hospitality & Events
- Manage client visits, including travel and accommodation arrangements
- Coordinate airport/hotel pickups and drops
- Ensure food arrangements as per client requirements
- Plan and execute meetings and events, including themes, A/V setup, and conference room readiness
- Maintain pantry standards, crockery, and cutlery inventory
4. Security & Access Control
- Deploy and supervise security personnel
- Monitor access control systems and CCTV
- Conduct periodic security audits and emergency drills
- Support emergency preparedness and business continuity planning
5. Cafeteria Management
- Inspect dining areas and ensure cleanliness and hygiene
- Set weekly menus and ensure adequate food availability
- Maintain daily food consumption and tasting reports
- Conduct quarterly vendor kitchen audits, food testing, RCA, and CAPA
- Collect and analyze employee feedback on food quality and service
Candidate Profile:
- Graduation (mandatory)
- Experience: 710 years in Facility / Administration Management

- Working days: 6 days a week
- Shift timings: 7 AM / 9 AM / 12 PM (flexible)
