We are currently seeking a Corporate Treasury Back Office Lead to join our Global Treasury team.
This role is critical in building robust, scalable, and best-in-class treasury operations, supporting our continued global expansion.
As a Treasury Back Office Lead, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening governance, processes, systems, and controls across the treasury function.
You will operate in a dynamic environment, collaborate with multiple stakeholders across regions, and lead by example while managing complex, multi-country operations.
Experience: 10 to 14 years.
Location: Pune.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise a multinational treasury back-office team, ensuring smooth execution of daily operations across regions and time zones.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, FP&A, Controllership) to continuously enhance treasury processes, controls, and service delivery.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with global and regional banks, financial institutions, and payment service providers.
- Oversee compliance and governance requirements, including:

- Internal and external audits.
- SOX controls and matrix ownership.
- Central bank reporting and regulatory filings across jurisdictions.
- Drive the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and banking platforms, including Kyriba, SAP, and global e-banking solutions.
- Ensure standardization and automation of treasury back-office processes to support scalability and risk mitigation.
- Lead treasury-related projects, including system rollouts, process re-engineering initiatives, and cross-functional transformation programs.
- Play a key role in M&A activities, including treasury integration of acquired entities, bank account rationalization, system onboarding, and control alignment.
- Identify operational risks and strengthen internal controls while supporting business growth and geographic expansion.
What will help you succeed:

- 10+ years of experience working in a corporate treasury environment in multinational companies.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- CA / MBA is preferred.
- Experience of managing multinational teams is preferred.
- Experience in SAP, Kyriba, and global e-bankings is appreciated.
