# Job Title: Manager Business Analytics / MIS (BPO Industry)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager Business Analytics / MIS from the BPO industry to lead our analytics and reporting function. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Advanced Excel, Tableau Desktop & Tableau Flow, SQL, and reporting automation. This role requires managing a team, driving operational reporting, creating insightful dashboards, and enabling data-driven decision-making for business and client stakeholders.

The candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, strong business understanding, and the ability to manage multiple reports and dashboards in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• * Lead and manage a team of 15-20 Business Analysts/MIS Executives.
• * Generate, maintain, consolidate, and automate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
• * Develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau Desktop & Tableau Flow.
• * Analyze operational and business data to provide actionable insights for process improvement and performance management.
• * Handle large datasets using SQL/MySQL and Advanced Excel.
• * Create reports using advanced Excel functionalities including:
• * Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
• * Power Query
• * Advanced Formulae
• * Lookup Functions
• * Macros & VBA
• * Track key operational KPIs such as productivity, SLA, utilization, shrinkage, attrition, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• * Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of reports shared with internal and external stakeholders.
• * Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization in reporting workflows.
• * Collaborate with Operations, WFM, Quality, and Client teams for reporting and analytics requirements.
• * Conduct data validation and quality checks to maintain data integrity.
• * Present business insights and performance trends to leadership teams and clients.

• * Strong experience in the BPO / BPM / Contact Center industry.
• * Hands-on expertise in:
• * Advanced Excel
• * Tableau Desktop & Tableau Flow
• * SQL / MySQL
• * Strong knowledge of:
• * MIS Reporting
• * Dashboard Development
• * Data Visualization
• * Reporting Automation
• * Business Analytics
• * Experience in handling large datasets and multiple reports simultaneously.
• * Team handling and stakeholder management experience.
• * Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and communication skills.
• Good to Have
• * Knowledge of Python for analytics and automation.
• * Experience in VBA and Macros development.
• * Exposure to forecasting, workforce management reporting, and operational analytics.

Experience Required

* 5+ years of relevant experience in MIS / Business Analytics within the BPO industry.

* Minimum 2+ years of team handling experience preferred.

Qualification

* Bachelors degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, Computer Science, or related field.

* Tableau or Analytics certifications will be an added advantage.

Salary Budget

* 8 LPA to 10 LPA (Fixed Budget)
