Customer Service Executive VCIP (Video KYC)

Location: [GURUGRAM] | Employment type: Full-time, 6 days working with rotational off.

Role Overview

You will conduct Video Customer Identification Process (VCIP) calls to verify customers' identity and complete their KYC in line with regulatory guidelines, while giving every customer a smooth, professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live video KYC calls and verify customers' identity documents
• Check that the customer's details match the documents (PAN, Aadhaar, etc.)
• Follow the VCIP process and compliance checklist accurately
• Spot discrepancies or suspicious activity and escalate them
• Guide customers patiently through the video call steps
• Record accurate call outcomes in the system
• Meet quality, productivity and turnaround targets
• Requirements
• Graduate or 12th pass (as per client requirement)
• Good communication in Hindi and English
• Basic computer skills and comfort with video call tools
• Attention to detail and a good grasp of document verification
• Willing to work 6 days a week on a rotational off
• Prior customer service or BPO experience is a plus; freshers can apply
• Shift Timings
• Day shift allocated to female candidates.
• Late shift: till 11:00 PM (allocated to male candidates)

Compensation

• CTC: 21,800 per month
• In-hand: 16,400 per month
