CTC: 28,000 per month
Take Home: 22,700 per month + Attractive Incentives

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Voice Process role. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing timely and accurate resolutions while maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
• 
  Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently
• Provide accurate information about products/services
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions
• Meet quality and productivity targets
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months experience in any domain (Voice/Non-Voice/BPO/Customer Service preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willing to work 6 days from office in Bangalore
• Immediate joiners preferred
