Job Title: US Service Desk Executive

• Shift: US Rotational (247)
• Working Days: 5 Days (2 Rotational Offs)
• Transport: Both-Side Cabs Provided

• We are hiring US Service Desk Executives (Voice Process) for an international BPO. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer queries for US clients, ensuring excellent resolution with high customer satisfaction.
• This role is open for freshers & experienced candidates, with a minimum 6 months of Tech Process experience preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for US process.
• Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure first-call resolution.
• Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer empathy on every interaction.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM with complete accuracy.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Technical Support (international or domestic).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
• Excellent English communication (both verbal & written).
• Comfortable working in US 247 rotational shifts.
• Immediate joiners only (Notice Period: 0 days).
