The IT Project Manager leads SAP implementation, rollout, and optimization programs by combining strategic oversight with hands-on delivery leadership. The role acts as a trusted advisor to the business, ensures disciplined project governance, manages risks and dependencies, and enables successful adoption and operational stability following go-live.Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to business stakeholders with strong understanding of processes, priorities, and transformation objectives
• Translate business problems into clearly defined scopes, delivery plans, outcomes, and KPIs
• Establish and maintain PMO governance, planning frameworks, reporting standards, and delivery discipline
• Manage interdependencies, risks, and constraints to ensure predictable program outcomes
• Apply SAP domain knowledge to guide decisions and anticipate cross-module and integration impacts
• Drive accountability across internal teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors
• Identify risks early and escalate with clear options and impact-based recommendations
• Deliver concise, data-driven updates to executive leadership to support timely decision-making
• Support change management, business readiness, and ownership post go-live
• Measure program success through adoption metrics and operational stability
