Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Sales Manager, based in Bengaluru, with some opportunities for remote work. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales activities, expanding customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves market analysis, generating leads, building strong client pipelines, preparing sales proposals, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, you will provide solutions tailored to customer needs and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Communication, and Negotiation
  • Experience in Sales Planning, Business Development, and Target Achievement

  • Analytical skills for Market Analysis and Strategy Development
  • Knowledge of Mining and Construction Equipment industries is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales-related software
  • Teamwork, Problem-Solving, and Leadership skills
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel as required for client visits and business development activities
