About the role:

We are seeking a versatile and analytical team player to join our Product team. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp learning curve, and a knack for working with numbers and large datasets. You will play a key role in bridging strategy, data, and execution across multiple functions including actuarial, underwriting, technology, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Product team to support development, enhancement, and performance tracking of products.
- Work closely with Actuarial and Underwriting teams to understand pricing, risk, and product dynamics.
- Partner with Tech teams to run implementation projects.
- Liaise with Sales teams to gather market feedback and align product strategy with business goals.
- Analyse large datasets to generate insights and support decision-making.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and drive execution through structured problem-solving.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in a data-driven, analytical, or strategic role. Consulting experience will be preferred.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills; comfortable working with large datasets.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel. Experience with SQL, Python, will be beneficial.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus but not mandatory.
