What Youll Do

1. Drive Market & User Insights

• Develop a deep understanding of market trends, competition, and user needs
• Translate insights into product strategy and innovation
• Stay ahead by tracking industry shifts and emerging opportunities

2. Build & Scale High-Impact Products

• Contribute to the development and growth of high-utility products
• Monitor product performance and user feedback
• Continuously improve product experience and outcomes

3. Collaborate Across Teams

• Work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and UX teams
• Participate in planning, brainstorming, and execution
  
• Help bring ideas to life through strong cross-functional alignment

How Youll Be Measured (KPIs)

• Net Promoter Score (NPS) of your products
• Product churn rate
• Tech process metrics (Sprint completion %, on-time delivery %)

What Were Looking For

Must-Have Skills

• Basic understanding of coding/programming
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Basic knowledge of data analytics
• Understanding of UI/UX principles
• B.Tech + MBA

Good to Have

• Experience with UI/UX tools like Figma
• Prior experience in a coding or technical role
