- As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at GoDaddy, you will play a strategic leadership role in leading recruiting efforts across India with a focus on Software Development Engineer hiring and specialized hiring. You will be responsible for driving consistency, efficiency, and inclusion in attracting and hiring talent. Here's what you'll get to do:
- Lead and develop a team of recruiters across India, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and design recruiting strategies aligned to business priorities.
- Build sourcing strategies emphasizing pipeline development, market mapping, and proactive outreach.
- Coach recruiters on strategy, talent engagement, and keep warm practices to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Translate recruiting data into actionable insights to guide hiring decisions.
- Provide market intelligence on Pune and Gurugram talent ecosystems.
- Drive operational excellence in recruiting processes, tools, and data integrity.
- Champion inclusive recruiting practices across all functions and levels.
Your experience should include:
- 12+ years of recruiting experience, including 5+ years leading and managing recruiting teams.
- In-depth knowledge of the India talent market, particularly Pune and Gurugram.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with global teams and reporting to US-based leadership.
You might also have:
- Experience leading recruitment transformation projects.
