Job description:

The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

1) Content Writing and Management for social media handles - Working on content writing for Instagram, Facebook, Website & data on any other platform - Managing the Blog website for the Brand.

2) Social Media Management - Social media management for the brand across all platforms and agency coordination. Manage and grow social media platforms.

3) Performance analysis: Analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to optimize strategies and track campaign effectiveness.

4) PR Content and Management - Coordinating with the Photographer/Videographer for the shoots. - Coordinating for the Creative requirements of the Performance Marketing Agencies for smooth functioning of the Campaigns.

4) Below the line (BTL) Execution - Managing Agency to Improve the SEO performance. - Technical Evaluation of the website for any bugs and/or incorrect data.

5) Organizational Imperatives - Adhering to safety protocols, IMS, compliance, and organizational initiatives such as Kaizen, Business Excellence etc.

6) Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices, and make recommendations for incorporating new features and strategies into the social media plan. Monitor and manage paid social media campaigns, including budget tracking, ad creation, targeting, and performance analysis. Stay informed about relevant industry regulations, privacy guidelines, and best practices for social media content and engagement.

Essential skills/ Competencies:

Digital marketing, content writing, creative thinking skills for contributing new and innovative ideas, strong copywriting and editing skills, effective storytelling techniques, knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimization.
