About The Role
As a Factory Finance Manager, you will ensure compliance, monitor costs, accounts, and present end-to-end financial analysis for manufacturing units. This is an incredible opportunity to learn and deliver in one of the most important capability areas for Godrej Consumer.
Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day accounting and month-end financial closing activity
• Monthly GST filling & 4-way reconciliations, Coordination with GST department.
• Preparing & releasing monthly MIS & KPIs related to the cluster
• Leading Annual Operating Plan for the cluster
• Conducting trial balance scrutiny, schedules and analytics
• Ensuring statutory compliances and timely completion of statutory audit
• Handling internal audits and co-ordination with internal auditors
• Partnering with manufacturing cluster head and providing support in identifying and implementing cost reduction projects.
• Improvising systems and processes.
• Costing support to relevant stakeholders
  

Who are we looking for?
Education And Experience

• CA with minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, preferably manufacturing.
  

Key Skills

• Excellent analytical reasoning, systematic planning, commercial acumen and critical thinking
• Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills, to work across cross-functional teams
