Job Profile

Key Responsibilities

• Auditing projects against ISO and CMMi requirements.


• Drive Continuous Service Improvement programs using various methods and techniques.


• Review current standards and policies.


• Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation.


• Ensure all legal standards are met.


• Devise procedures to review and report quality issues.


• Risk Management.

• Should have experience in SQA SEPG activities.


• Should have handled design of process improvement activities and dissemination of same.


• Experience in compliance regulatory field preferred.


• Executing end to end Process consulting projects based on ISO 9001 and CMMI models and frameworks


• Monitor all operations that affect quality.


• Assure the reliability and consistency of quality by checking processes and final output.


• Report all issues/deviations to Head QA to ensure immediate action.


• Collect and analyse quality data.


• Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections.


• Risk Management and Investigation handling experience

• Facilitate Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions of issue.


• Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non- conformity relating to product, process or systems.


• Lead auditor certified Assessment and auditing skills Knowledge on other related frameworks and standards like DevOps, Agile, ISO 9001, CMMi SVC etc., will be an added advantage.

Qualification Details

Essential Qualification: Bachelors in any stream

Preferred Qualification: Masters

Experience Details

Essential Experience: - 3-4 years of experience in QA (Auditing) role for ISO and CMMi

Preferred Experience: - 2-3 years of experience in QA (Auditing) role for ISO 9001:2015

Special Skill

Essential : - Work closely with Quality Assurance roles and other departments to ensure quality products with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Preferred : - Provide oversight and be responsible for ensuring that defined automation standards are followed by all members of the team.
