What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities)

First 30 days - Foundation & Orientation

• Gain a deep understanding of GoMLs service offerings, delivery processes, and technology stack.
• Get familiar with ongoing AI & Data projects, key customers, and internal workflows.
• Observe project governance practices and client engagement protocols.
• Start building strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and leadership.

First 60 days - Execution & Impact

• Lead project planning activities including scope definition, resource allocation, milestone tracking, and risk assessment.
• Engage regularly with customers to gather requirements, provide project updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among internal teams (Engineering, Data Science, Product) and external stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, remove bottlenecks, and ensure project timelines, quality, and budget adherence.

• Manage sprint ceremonies, client reviews, and retrospectives.

First 180 days - Ownership & Transformation

• Take complete ownership of multiple projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction.
• Strengthen stakeholder relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Mentor and manage cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Implement process optimizations to enhance efficiency, scalability, and project outcomes.
• Actively contribute to pre-sales efforts, proposal development, and new customer onboarding when required.

What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in AI, Data, or Software Development domains.
• Strong experience in project planning, execution, and delivery management.
• Proven ability to manage internal stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent customer engagement skills confident in leading client discussions, managing expectations, and ensuring customer success.
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, Zoho Projects/Sprints, or similar).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  Get Hired
  Familiarity with the SDLC, Data workflows, or Machine Learning lifecycle.
• Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience handling government projects or public sector clients.
• PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Prior experience in pre-sales support, proposal writing, or solution presentations.
