Job Description

Brief about the particulars of the Organization:
A fast-scaling, product-led B2B SaaS company building an AI-driven platform focused on improving enterprise sales performance, distributor effectiveness, and decision-making through data and automation.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive enterprise revenue growth at a strategic level
- Build, lead, and scale the enterprise sales function across regions
- Engage with CXO-level stakeholders and influence key decision-making
- Design and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies across industries such as Pharma, FMCG, Healthcare, and NBFC
- Manage long enterprise sales cycles and ensure predictable deal closures
- Drive consultative and thought leadership-led selling approaches
- Strengthen enterprise pipeline and ensure consistent revenue delivery

Additional Components:


- ESOPs / Equity: Offered for top-tier candidates, aligned with long-term wealth creation
- Joining / Retention Bonus: Case-to-case basis for strategic hires
- Quarterly / Annual Performance Incentives: Based on revenue achievement
- Allowances: Travel, client engagement, and business development expenses
