Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Manager at GoodSpace, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote product offerings. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, SMM, content marketing, email marketing, and display advertising campaigns.

- Manage and optimize paid search, display and social media advertising campaigns with a keen eye on performance metrics.

- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels.

- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise the user experience.

- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.

- Develop and manage website content with a focus on SEO optimization to improve visibility.

- Lead product marketing efforts, including market research, competitor analysis, customer segmentation, and go-to-market strategy development.

- Work closely with sales and product development teams to understand product features, benefits, and target audience.
