We are looking for an HR Intern to support both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations in a fast-paced technology and defence/aerospace startup environment. The role will involve junior role hiring, interview scheduling tasks, along with day-to-day HR operations, documentation, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Manage recruitment for technical and non-technical junior profile.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn and job portals, referrals and other channels.
• Screen candidates through HR discussions and role-based screening.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and feedback with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain recruitment trackers on ATS and ensure timely follow-up throughout the hiring process.
• Manage offer rollout, pre-joining coordination and joining formalities.
• HR Operations
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
• Support in accurate employee records, HR documentation, NDA & contracts and personnel files.
• Support in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate joining formalities, induction, documentation and employee orientation.
• Manage exit formalities, clearance, documentation and coordination for Full & Final settlement.
• Maintain attendance, leave and employee records.
• Other HR Initiatives
• Support manager in coordinating of employee engagement activities, events and celebrations.
• Support employee communication and HR initiatives.
• Identify employee concerns and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
• Maintain mothly HR trackers and reports covering attendance, leave, onboarding, exits and other HR metrics.

• Atleast 2 months experience in HR domain in Electronics/IT company is mandatory.
• Bachelors in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong follow-up and execution capabilities.
