Month End Closing

• Preparation and posting of accrual entries whenever required

• Preparation and posting of payroll entries based on the input received from the vendor and ensure that costs are hitting correctly in various cost center.
• Work with AP and AR team on the ageing report and ensure that provisions are created for aged balances wherever required.
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement.

• Apply Cash receipt based on the input received from Finance/Ops team after matching with AR ageing report.
• Adjustment to be done in AR module for WHT, Bank Charges etc.
• Reconciliation of TDS receivable with remit advice from the customer.

• Calculation of periodic depreciation at month end by depreciation run
• Monitoring the Asset Clearance account and capitalizing the assets meets the threshold, rest need to be charged as expenses.
• Retirement of assets completes useful life and residue value adjustments.

• Population of various Balance sheet schedule and take ownership of the Ledger designated as on your control
• Co-ordinating with Group consolidation team for consolidation of financial statement as per IFRS and USGAAP
• Monitoring the intercompany reconciliation and wherever required posting adjustment entries for Translation difference.
• Preparation of various analysis reports required for Management Reporting.
