Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a Division Head - HR for the Microbanking Channel, you will be responsible for overseeing the human resources functions within the micro finance/banking domain. Your primary focus will be on talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee life cycle management. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting the Corporate HR/L&D team to ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures across the channel. Your contribution will be vital in enhancing employee engagement and productivity in the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting manpower planning and placements based on the requirements of the Microbanking Channel.
- Facilitating employee onboarding in accordance with bank policies.
- Ensuring smooth employee life cycle management for the MB channel.
- Implementing employee performance management strategies within the MB channel.
- Managing HR operations effectively in the MB channel.
- Collaborating with the business units to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Providing support to the Corporate HR/L&D team to ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and training initiatives.

Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 20 years of experience in HR roles within the micro finance/banking sector.
- Hands-on experience in talent acquisition, particularly in mass recruitment, with exposure to South and northern parts of India.
- Willingness to relocate to Kerala for the role.
