Marketing Manager - Healthcare

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and build strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, senior living communities, and corporate wellness programs.
  
• Develop referral networks with geriatricians, neurologists, cardiologists, physiotherapy centers, and hospital discharge planners.
  
• Collaborate with insurance providers, TPAs, NGOs, senior citizen associations, and community groups.
  
• Drive market expansion for geriatric service lines: in-home care, facility-based care, telehealth, and dementia care.
  
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  
• Design innovative elder care service packages for families, corporates, and affluent clients.
  

• Manage high-value client relationships and develop corporate contracts for employee parent-care programs.
  
• Conduct market research on elderly demographics, competitor offerings, and regulatory landscape.
  
• Position the brand as the most trusted and innovative senior care provider in Chennai and Tier-2 cities.
  
• Lead a small BD/sales team, implement CRM systems, track pipeline and performance metrics.
  
• Train team in empathetic communication and consultative selling.

  Get Hired
  MBA in Marketing / Sales / Healthcare Management (or equivalent) essential.
  
• 6+ years of business development experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare, pharma, medical devices, or senior care.
  
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/revenue targets in services or healthcare.
  
• Strong understanding of Chennai’s healthcare ecosystem, hospitals, and corporate networks.
  
• Established network with doctors, hospitals, corporate HR/wellness teams, or insurance providers.
  
• Fluency in Tamil and English (mandatory for client relationships).
  
• Strategic thinker, relationship-builder, and excellent negotiator.
  
• Empathetic, consultative approach with clients and team members.
