Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Bengaluru. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include strategizing sales plans, coordinating with tour guides and drivers, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth execution of tours. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for financial management, including budgeting and expense tracking, as well as maintaining high standards of service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years as a Branch Manager or related designation
• Leadership and management skills, including staff supervision and team coordination
• Customer service and interpersonal skills, ensuring a positive client experience
• Sales and marketing skills, with experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is beneficial
• Fluency in Kannada, Tamil and English is preferred
