Finance Analyst

Granicus is looking for a detail-oriented and creative Financial Analyst to join the Finance Team. The ideal candidate will lead global financial reporting initiatives, overseeing the integration of finance and accounting systems, and managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.

• Month-end close process:
• Preparing various journals (purchase cards, accruals, interco, payroll etc)
• Running Fixed assets and maintaining the register
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Assisting with monthly revenue recognition reconciliation and analysis
  

• Monthly G-cloud returns to the CCS
• Assisting with the annual Audit
• Payroll expense processing
• Bank reconciliations
• Annual R&D tax credit claim calculation
• VAT returns
• Assisting the wider UK and US teams on an ad hoc basis
  

• A total of 2 to 5 years of professional experience in Financial Analysis, with proven expertise in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
  

• Posting supplier invoices in the accounting software package (Netsuite)
• Matching payments to invoices received
• Ensuring all invoices are approved and processed by month-end
• Processing and matching bank payments
  
  
  

• Raising and sending invoices
• Collections - chasing overdue invoices and sending reminders
• Processing customer receipts
