Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Science Trainer based in Delhi, India. The Data Science Trainer will design and deliver classroom and lab-based training programs covering core data science concepts, tools, and applied use cases. Daily responsibilities include creating structured lesson plans, preparing teaching materials, conducting interactive lectures and practical sessions, and assessing learner progress through assignments and evaluations. The trainer will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align curricula with industry standards, update content to reflect emerging technologies, and provide individualized mentoring and support to learners. The role also involves maintaining training documentation, collecting feedback to improve program quality, and contributing to the development of new learning pathways and certification tracks.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of data science fundamentals (statistics, machine learning, data visualization, deep learning) and common tools (Python, R, SQL, relevant libraries) is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.
• Ability to design hands-on projects, manage group learning dynamics, and provide constructive feedback and mentoring.
• Bachelors or masters degree in Computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics
• Prior experience in industry or academic roles related to data science, analytics
