Finance Controller - CA

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Build financial models and track key metrics such as unit economics, CAC/LTV, and profitability
- Prepare management dashboards and board-level financial reporting
Controllership & Compliance
- Oversee monthly and annual financial close processes
- Ensure compliance with IND-AS, direct and indirect taxation, and statutory regulations
- Manage audits and relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies
Treasury & Cash Management
- Manage company cash flows, liquidity planning, and working capital
- Oversee banking relationships, payouts, collections, and financial transactions
- Manage escrow structures and settlement cycles where applicable
Revenue & Financial Performance
- Track revenue streams, pricing models, and margin optimization
- Analyze partner economics, interchange fees, and product-level profitability
- Partner with business and product teams to improve financial performance

Strategic Finance
- Support fundraising initiatives, investor reporting, and financial due diligence
- Work with leadership on strategic planning, partnerships, and new product initiatives
Requirements:
- CA with 8 - 12+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial strategy
- Experience in fintech, NBFC, lending, or payments industry preferred
- Strong understanding of FP&A, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance
- Experience working with auditors, investors, and banking partners
