About the client
Our client is building a category-defining consumer fintech platform focused on transforming the way salaried individuals access and manage financial services. As we scale, we are looking for a brand leader who can build a powerful consumer brand from the ground up and create meaningful engagement across digital and offline channels.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Vice President - Brand Marketing to lead the client's brand vision, strategy, and execution. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced consumer businesses and has experience building brands through periods of rapid growth.
The ideal candidate combines strategic brand thinking with hands-on execution and has successfully scaled consumer-facing brands in fintech, consumer internet, e-commerce, or adjacent B2C sectors. This role reports directly to the Co-Founder and will play a critical role in shaping how millions of consumers perceive and engage with the client.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define and own the overall brand strategy and positioning for the client.
Integrated Marketing
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Influencer & Partnership Marketing
- Build and scale influencer marketing programs.
Consumer Insights & Growth
- Leverage consumer insights, market research, and data to shape brand decisions.
Agency & Stakeholder Management
- Lead relationships with creative, branding, media, and PR agencies.

ONLY CANDIDATES WITH A PRIOR FINTECH/CONSUMER INTERNET/E-COMMERCE WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE.
- 8-16 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Growth Marketing, or related leadership roles.
- Proven experience in consumer internet, fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth B2C businesses.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling brands through a 0-to-1 journey.
- Strong understanding of both performance-led and brand-led growth.
- Experience managing integrated online and offline marketing initiatives.
- Strong agency management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership capabilities.
