Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to support our talent acquisition initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in recruitment, with hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social platforms.

• Review resumes and perform initial candidate screenings.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain and update candidate records in our ATS or recruitment database.

• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth experience.

  

• Support senior recruiters in managing hiring campaigns and talent pipelines.

• Track candidate status and follow up on interview feedback and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 01 year of experience in recruitment or HR support roles.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
