About the Role: We are looking for a Campus Recruiter to drive our campus hiring strategy across top-tier institutes This role goes beyond hiring - it blends recruitment, employer branding and candidate experience to build a strong early talent pipeline.
You will own end-to-end campus hiring, from planning assessments and interviews to creating memorable engagement experiences for interns and full-time hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Campus Hiring & Recruitment: Lead end-to-end hiring across premier campuses (on-campus and off-campus), including hiring strategy, assessments, interview processes and candidate experience. Partner with internal stakeholders to align campus strategy and manage seamless recruitment pipelines.
- Assessments & Interview Planning: Plan and execute technical assessments and interview workflows with high operational efficiency, while continuously enhancing evaluation frameworks to maintain strong hiring standards.
- Employer Branding & Campus Engagement: Drive employer branding initiatives through campus events, pre-placement talks and engagement campaigns to strengthen the firms presence across campuses.
- Candidate Experience & Engagement: Own the end-to-end experience for interns and full-time hires, including onboarding, engagement initiatives and key candidate touchpoints throughout the hiring journey.
- Data & Operations: Manage recruitment operations including interview scheduling, offer rollouts, documentation and stakeholder coordination, while tracking hiring metrics to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Cohort Management: Plan and manage onboarding experiences for incoming cohorts, ensuring thoughtful execution and smooth coordination across timelines and logistics.

What Were Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in campus recruitment or early talent hiring
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines effectively
- High attention to detail with a focus on candidate experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset to design engaging campus and onboarding experiences
