AGM/Sr Manager - Analytics & Automation

What youll do

• Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives across marketing, sales, operations, and customer experience, from initial problem framing to final decision-making and outcome delivery.
• Partner directly with senior stakeholders and functional leaders to drive data-informed strategies, translating complex analyses into actionable business insights and firmly establishing the boundaries of data interpretation.
• Build and deploy GenAI and agentic AI workflows that meaningfully improve productivity across marketing, sales, operations, and customer experience.
• Architect and evolve the organizations analytics and intelligence layer into a robust decision-making engine, moving beyond static dashboards to deliver precise, actionable insights at the right level of granularity.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of analytics engineers and data scientists.

• 4+ years of professional experience in analytics, data science, or AI, with a strong emphasis on rapid learning and advanced reasoning capabilities over mere tenure.
• Proven ability to translate vague and ambiguous business challenges into structured, clear analytical problems
