Great Learning - Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager - Analytics & Automation

What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives across marketing, sales, operations, and customer experience, from initial problem framing to final decision-making and outcome delivery.
- Partner directly with senior stakeholders and functional leaders to drive data-informed strategies, translating complex analyses into actionable business insights and firmly establishing the boundaries of data interpretation.

- Build and deploy GenAI and agentic AI workflows that meaningfully improve productivity across marketing, sales, operations, and customer experience.
- Architect and evolve the organization's analytics and intelligence layer into a robust decision-making engine, moving beyond static dashboards to deliver precise, actionable insights at the right level of granularity.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of analytics engineers and data scientists.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of professional experience in analytics, data science, or AI, with a strong emphasis on rapid learning and advanced reasoning capabilities over mere tenure.
- Proven ability to translate vague and ambiguous business challenges into structured, clear analytical problems
- Exceptional diagnostic skills with a focus on root-cause analysis (understanding why something happened) rather than merely descriptive reporting.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex findings to leadership to drive strategic business decisions.
- High proficiency in leveraging AI as a force multiplier, including practical experience utilizing LLMs and Agents to accelerate workflows and demonstrating strategic judgment on where AI belongs within analytics processes.
