The Role:

What you will own:

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of learning products — from design and development to launch, delivery, and continuous improvement
• Lead business growth through learning products across the spectrum of artificial intelligence - analytics, data science, generative ai, agentic ai
• Shape product direction by defining curriculum scope, learning experience design, and program strategy
• Partner closely with faculty, SMEs, industry experts, operations, marketing, sales, delivery, and leadership to build market-leading programs
• Work with Technology and Analytics teams to integrate AI-powered and Generative AI features into learning products and academic operations
• Manage and guide a team of SMEs (data scientists, AI engineers, analytics engineers) to develop learning assets — including video lectures, code, case studies, projects, and assessments
• Ensure programs deliver strong learner outcomes, market relevance, and business impact

• Strong technical depth with the ability to build solutions hands-on, not just conceptualize them
• Proficiency in relevant technical domains, including coding, data science, machine learning, AI, and agentic AI frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI and ML to real-world business and industry problems
