About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, optimization, and growth of paid media campaigns across a portfolio of D2C and eCommerce brands.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads

What Youll Own

• Plan and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant paid media platforms.
• Manage campaigns across acquisition, remarketing, retargeting, lead generation, and eCommerce conversion objectives.
• Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CVR, revenue, and conversion volumes.
• Own media budgets and drive efficient utilization and profitable scaling of campaigns.
• Manage Google Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns.
• Develop and optimize Meta prospecting, retargeting, lookalike, and interest-based campaigns.
• Drive structured testing across audiences, creatives, messaging, offers, landing pages, and campaign structures.
• Analyze campaign and business data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to internal and client stakeholders.
• Work closely with Creative, Social Media, SEO, CRM, Technology, Marketplace, and eCommerce teams to build integrated growth strategies.
• Participate in client calls, business reviews, and performance discussions, taking ownership of campaign outcomes and recommendations.
• Ensure campaigns are aligned with client objectives, budgets, strategy, and agreed SOWs.

What Were Looking For

• 8–10 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven experience managing paid media for D2C, eCommerce, retail, or consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of campaign strategy, targeting, bidding, optimization, attribution, and performance reporting.
• Experience managing significant media budgets and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple brands, priorities, and performance objectives.
