Job Description
- As a Product Manager specializing in Policy and Risk, your role involves developing and executing product strategies to mitigate risks and enhance policy offerings. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and management of insurance products, with the primary goal of improving the customer experience while minimizing financial risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Have experience in credit underwriting and possess approving authority in credit underwriting.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Define product roadmaps and strategies that align with business goals.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
- Create and manage product specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to successfully launch new products.
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage product lifecycles from concept to end-of-life.

Qualifications Required:
