Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Professional with 6+ years of experience in Quantitative,
Technology, and Financial Markets recruitment. This role has exposure to the strategic talent acquisition
while overseeing HR operations and office administration to ensure seamless people and business
operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Quant Researchers, Quant Developers, Traders, AI/ML
Engineers, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Linux, Infrastructure, and DevOps roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, referrals, networking,
and talent mapping.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, hiring strategy, interview coordination, offer
management, and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment metrics, talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate

2. HR Operations
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmations, attendance,
leave management, HR documentation, HRMS, and exit formalities.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and maintain employee records.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, performance management support, and HR projects.
3. Administration
• Oversee office administration, facilities, travel, vendor management, office supplies, and
workplace infrastructure.
• Coordinate employee events, meetings, offsites, and administrative support for business leaders.
• Manage office contracts, invoices, documentation, and administrative reporting.
