Job Description
- As a Sales Trainer at Grexa, you will play a crucial role in enabling sales teams to succeed by leveraging your hands-on sales experience and transitioning into a training role. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting new hire onboarding sessions that cover sales processes, product knowledge, CRM usage, and objection handling.
- Delivering refresher sessions for existing sales teams based on feedback from call audits and quality reviews.
- Designing and delivering roleplays, mock calls, and practical sales scenarios to enhance real-world skills.
- Collaborating with Sales Leaders and the Quality team to identify gaps and develop actionable training interventions.
- Mentoring and coaching individual sales representatives to enhance conversion rates and confidence.
- Tracking training effectiveness and maintaining MIS/reporting to ensure continuous improvement.
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- Prior experience in sales (BDE/BDM/Inside Sales).
- 1 - 3 years of experience as a Trainer/Coach in the sales process.
- Strong facilitation skills with a proven ability to engage adult learners.
