Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun for Executive, Senior Executive, Relationship Manager, Senior Relationship Manager, and Assistant Manager positions. Role holders will identify and engage prospective customers, explain affordable housing loan products, conduct preliminary eligibility assessments, and support applicants through the loan documentation and approval process. They will build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensure regular follow-ups, and manage collections and portfolio health while adhering to internal policies and regulatory guidelines. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with branch and credit teams, generating leads through field visits and local market networking, and maintaining accurate records and reports. Team members are expected to uphold Grihums values, deliver high-quality customer service, and contribute to branch growth targets.

Qualifications

• Customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client connections.
• Sales and business development capabilities, including lead generation, field sourcing, and achieving housing loan disbursement and collection targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in explaining financial products clearly and handling customer queries and concerns.
• Basic financial analysis and documentation skills, including understanding income assessment, credit processes, and loan documentation requirements.
• Ability to work in on-site, field-oriented roles, demonstrating resilience, time management, and adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and basic computer applications for data entry, reporting, and customer management.
• Prior experience in housing finance, microfinance, banking, or NBFC lending is preferred, especially in the affordable housing segment.
• Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree in any discipline; relevant certifications in finance or sales are an advantage.
