Job Description
Job responsibilities:
Responsible for product establishment, Development of new products
Achieve sales target
Achieve sales target in the assigned territory
Forecasting and planning of demand at the start of each month
Identify new retailers /markets for conversion
Convert the identified retailers /Market opportunities
Follow the permanent journey cycle as per the sale force
Implement secondary promotion schemes rolls over from time to time
Market development activity like kiosk activity at the retailers place
Market intelligence-gather information from the market on competition activity & market mapping
Management of receivables
Ensure collection as per the credit policy
Reporting monthly visit
Manage various sales reports through customer interface management
Track secondary sales
Appoint new dealer & develop the business in all SKUs
Qualification: Graduate, MBA preferred
Preferred Industries: Paint company, Abrasives , Power Tools , Welding background
