Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Create HR policies and frameworks for employees
• Manage and recruit employees

  Conduct interviews, oversee MIS management, build teams, and handle other related activities
• Develop scorecards and performance matrices, and evaluate and enhance cultural productivity
• Implement employer branding strategies and digital initiatives to strengthen the employer brand
• Create digital content such as videos, testimonials, and stories
