Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Make calls to clients and handle day-to-day operations
• Make the database, compile, and organize the data
• Make presentations and write content
• Work in emerging sectors of fintech and ed-tech
• Oversee B2C and B2B consumer interactions

• Oversee office management, client handling, employee interactions, etc.
• Handle social media and digital marketing activities
• Work on Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word files along with Canva

• People coming from technology backgrounds

• Good knowledge of digital marketing
• Good oral and written communication skills with some prior work experience will be preferred
• Multifaceted role with prior internship or job experience
