Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering activities and oversee project execution.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
• Develop and implement project strategies and objectives.
• Review and approve engineering deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers and staff.
• Provides support, site experience and mentoring to fresh Engineers and Foremen.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
• Must have PMP, LEED GA, and IOSH certificates
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
• Ability to lead multicultural teams across multiple projects
