Role Overview:

Designation- Martech Lead
Location- Gurgaon (Sec-32)

We are looking for a skilled experience developer with expertise in building scalable, responsive, and user-friendly web applications. The candidate should also understand AI-powered applications and be capable of integrating AI/LLM APIs into digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
    • Develop responsive and high-performance web applications using React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
    • Convert UI/UX designs into reusable and maintainable frontend components.
    • Integrate frontend applications with REST and GraphQL APIs.
    • Build interfaces for AI-powered features such as chatbots, recommendation engines, content generation, image generation, and intelligent search.
    • Integrate AI/LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or open-source models.
    • Implement streaming AI responses, prompt-input interfaces, feedback mechanisms, and conversation history.
    • Work closely with backend, AI/ML, product, design, and analytics teams.
    • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
    • Implement analytics, event tracking, experimentation, and personalization capabilities.
    • Write clean, testable, secure, and well-documented code.
    • Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, deployment, and production monitoring.
Required Skills
    • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
    • Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js.
    • Experience with state-management frameworks such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
    • Experience integrating REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and third-party services.
    • Understanding of authentication, authorization, cookies, sessions, and browser security.
    • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment, and agile development.
    • Basic understanding of generative AI, LLMs, prompts, tokens, embeddings, and AI APIs.
    • Ability to handle AI response streaming, loading states, fallbacks, and error scenarios.
Preferred Skills
    • Experience with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or similar frameworks.
    • Experience building chat, recommendation, personalization, or content-generation interfaces.
    • Familiarity with WebSockets or Server-Sent Events.
    • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud, CDP, analytics, or experimentation platforms.
    • Exposure to GCP, AWS, or Azure.
    • Understanding of AI safety, privacy, hallucination management, and user-feedback loops.
Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
    • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
    • A portfolio or GitHub profile demonstrating frontend or AI-enabled applications is preferred.
