Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
    • Identify, contact, and engage potential clients through cold calls, networking, and industry research.
    • Develop a strong pipeline of new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients.

  • Sales Strategy & Target Management:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Participate in regular sales meetings to track progress and share market insights.

  • Customer Solutions & Support:
    • Provide professional, accurate guidance to clients on logistics solutions tailored to their specific needs.
    • Offer innovative and cost-effective service options to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  • Sales Process Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales activity logs.
    • Convert a minimum number of assigned leads into revenue-generating accounts.

  • Logistics Coordination:
    • Oversee the full cycle of freight movement, ensuring timely pickup, transportation, and delivery of goods.
    • Act as the liaison between clients and third parties (carriers, shippers, receivers), ensuring smooth coordination.

  • Market Engagement:
    • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to boost brand visibility and sales opportunities.
    • Deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

  • Issue Resolution & Client Satisfaction:
    • Address and resolve client complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
    • Ensure follow-through and client satisfaction throughout the sales and operations process.

  • Reporting:
    • Submit regular reports to the Sales Director regarding progress, performance metrics, and achieved sales targets.
