Role Summary and Impact
The Media Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing media campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role involves managing relationships with media vendors, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring media plans align with marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies across various channels (digital, social, print, broadcast, etc.).
- Plan, execute, and optimize media campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media channels.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to develop media content that aligns with the brands voice and goals.
- Allocate and manage media budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI) while staying within the marketing budget.
- Track and analyze performance metrics for media campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and advertising agencies.
- Manage the companys social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely responses to audience interactions.
- Assist in managing crisis communication and reputation management via media outlets as needed.
Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience working across the full communications planning process.
- 3 to 4 years of experience planning across display, search, social campaigns, and offline media.
- Proven client management experience, handling key stakeholders, presenting, and managing expectations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of media planning and buying across different platforms.
