The Mission & Objectives of the Role
Reporting to:
Head of Marketing & Communications GRM MENA

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Write content pieces from press releases, POVs, emailers, social media posts and more
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts
• Ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
• Support marketing team with all projects with copy writing and project management skills
• Demonstrates proficiency in crafting compelling copy and managing diverse content
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to organize and schedule content releases
• Coordinate with different teams to align content creation with marketing campaigns, product launches, and other events
• Work closely with marketing, design, sales, and other departments to ensure content aligns with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather insights and information for content creation.

Experience Required:

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field
• Journalist or PR background
• Strong editorial, proofreading, and writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Experience with SEO copywriting best practices
• Experience with social media and content marketing
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
• Passion for writing with an excellent portfolio of work
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas
